Travium Installer

Travian T4.4 / T4.6 Private Server Setup

Generate your one-line install command. This will prepare a full Travium world: web stack, DB, protection, config. You paste it into a fresh Ubuntu 24.04 server and it does the heavy lifting like a responsible adult.

2. Required setup Read this

reCAPTCHA keys Anti-bot

You need Google reCAPTCHA v2 "I'm not a robot" Checkbox for Travium registration / login forms. Otherwise you'll get 20k fake villages with names like xX_sniper_Xx.

  1. Open the admin panel at https://www.google.com/recaptcha/admin/create.
  2. Label: anything (for example travium.net).
  3. reCAPTCHA type: Challenge (v2) → "I'm not a robot" Checkbox.
  4. Domains: add your game domain (for example travium.net).
  5. Accept terms and create.
  6. Copy the Site key into reCAPTCHA Public Key.
  7. Copy the Secret key into reCAPTCHA Private Key.

Add your domain to Cloudflare DNS & Proxy

  1. Create / log in to Cloudflare.
  2. Add your root domain (like travium.net), not a subdomain.
  3. Pick the free plan. It's fine.
  4. Cloudflare will show you two nameservers. Go to your domain registrar and change your domain’s nameservers to those.
  5. Wait until Cloudflare says the site is active.

Create DNS records Required

Replace <IP> with the public IP of your Travium server. A records must be orange-cloud (proxied).

    Content: v=spf1 ip4:<IP> ~all
    Purpose: basic SPF so mail from the server doesn't insta-die in spam.

Run the installer SSH

  1. Fresh Ubuntu 24.04 server as root (or sudo).
  2. Paste the generated command into the terminal.
  3. Wait 10-20 minutes
  4. At the end you'll get URLs and credentials in terminal output.
  5. Visit installer URL
  6. Create a Database (https://www.cloudpanel.io/docs/v2/frontend-area/databases/)
  7. Fill in the installation details and you are done!
